Currently, if a customer wants to delete something or change the quantity of an item in their cart on the checkout page, they cannot do so. They have to go back to the main website and view their shopping cart. This is a bit of a hassle. It would be nice if they could edit their cart in the checkout screen.

Ability to have multiple languages (with multiple different cart/checkout/receipt templates to correspond with the selected language) per FoxyCart store.

Though styling both the ^^cart^^ and ^^checkout^^ is possible with CSS and javascript, it would be super cool to have the ability to
replace both with the editable templates that include all the necessary variables to provide more flexibility within each template.

Allow taxes to be calculated by using a custom tax processing script (hosted by the store, not by FoxyCart). This would allow stores to do lookups for states like Washington, which has tens of thousands of records necessary to accurately determine taxes.

An API to create, remove, retrieve, and manipulate coupon codes.

The ability to save a cart, or save a cart ID for reference and attachment to a user in an external system (like a CMS).

This would allow not only for saved carts, but also for things like wish lists, recommended carts (if saved carts could be replicated), and "repeat my past order" types of situations.

Even though FoxyCart is built to integrate, it would be useful to have a basic customer portal that displays past transactions (possibly with the ability to place re-orders or re-load a past transaction into their cart), active subscriptions (with links to transfer, update billing, or cancel), and a display of their current account information.

There needs to be some way for a customer to specify that they are tax exempt. As it stands I have to actually turn OFF tax for their jurisdiction, and then turn it back on after they have ordered.

An API to
-- create FoxyCart stores,
-- manipulate store settings (create coupon codes, re-cache a template), and
-- retrieve store data (like transactions, subscriptions, errors, etc.).

This would allow FoxyCart to be completely integrated into external systems.

The ability to use the FoxyCart checkout completely programatically would allow an insane degree of flexibility. Create a completely custom checkout form or order process, for example, or use FoxyCart inside of non-website settings (like Adobe AIR, Flash, etc.).
