API: Store Settings, Store Creations

An API to
-- create FoxyCart stores,
-- manipulate store settings (create coupon codes, re-cache a template), and
-- retrieve store data (like transactions, subscriptions, errors, etc.).

This would allow FoxyCart to be completely integrated into external systems.

        IMHO: There is already a feature request specifically for a coupon code API. This request should be much lower in my opinion. This service is not mature enough to start allowing this kind of manipulation through API. That would require too much overhead for future changes to be sure you don't break API, etc.
